Affordable Marquees is a family run business, established over 18 years ago. Previously trading as D.J. Stone Marquees, Shaun and Andrea took over the business in 2009, changed the name and continue to invested in all new equipment. All of our traditional pole tents have 100% cotton canvas and are beautifully dressed inside.

Your event simply has to be special. Tell us what you want and we’ll do all we can to create the space for you and add your final touches too. We have a wide range of lighting and added extras to give an individually-tailored look for each event. We also have a number of different marquees, from classic village fete style to classic contemporary that can b dressed to suit all occasions. All of our canvases are kept immaculately clean- some may say we are slightly OCD. We continue invest in new linings each season to insure that when you and your guests look to the heavens you are met buy billows of soft folds and subtle lighting.

At Affordable Marquees we provide traditional cotton canvas, pole tent marquees for hire to suit any occasion. Cotton canvas marquees are the classic village fete style marquees, not the clear span corporate event style marquees.

We can provide everything from a 15ft X 15ft marquee for a small party right through to a 120ft X 30ft suitable for a large wedding or show.

We pride ourselves on our personal tailored service and enjoy working with our clients to find the best solution for each event. We are happy to help whether you need a simple, small, no-frills tent or a fully dressed, lit and furnished full-sized marquee.

Based a short distance from the A303 we are able to offer our services across Somerset, Dorset and South Wiltshire. With strong industry ties to wedding venues in these counties. We have 4x4 vehicles and can access most sites with little disruption.

China Crisis stock the highest quality equipment and provide free delivery within a 10 mile radius. We also take dirty returns, so no washing up the morning after! Just let us know what you need and we will deliver!

Our new Petal Marquees offer the breath taking style of a classic English country traditional style tent meeting with a modern designed marquee with petal shaped roof sections, held securely by traditional ropes and wood round poles. Our petal marquees will seat between 80 and 200, your guests can enjoy their beautiful surroundings whilst under the cover of contemporary canvas.
